Delivery
UNITED KINGDOM
We offer free shipping on all orders £90 and above within the UK mainland. With there being a delivery charge of £4.95 for orders under £90.
All UK orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the following working day. We aim to have orders delivered within 3 - 4 working days. If 3 failed attempts are made then the order will be returned back to KNOMO.
We deliver all items Monday to Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm (although some of our carriers may deliver on weekends slightly earlier or later that ). We can't always guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas. On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows.
Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We partner with Interpost and DHL for international purchases. Delivery Charges vary by country and are calculated and displayed during the checkout process prior to payment.

Transit times
Transit times are always given in working days, and can be subject to customs delays. For international orders we use Interpost and DHL Express who give complete peace of mind with their tracked service. Please provide your mobile number when prompted at the checkout, as this will ensure that you receive delivery information and additional options via SMS as well as email.
Taxes
Please be aware international deliveries may be subject to customs duties or taxes once the order reaches the destination country. Knomo has no control over any delays or charges and cannot predict if these might occur. Any charges must be paid by yourself; please check the email address you used to place your order, as customs normally contact you this way if necessary.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES
Please place your orders on or before Wednesday the 20th of December for goods to arrive in time for Christmas day.
No deliveries on the 26th & 27th of December and the 2nd of January as our warehouse will be closed.
Between 21st December & 3rd January, carriers may experience delays of 24hrs on some services. We advise our customers to shop accordingly so to avoid potential delays.
