KNOMO Repair Service

We are pleased to offer a repair service for Knomo bags that are out of warranty. This service helps extend the life of your Knomo product and supports our commitment to reducing waste.

How it works:

  1. Complete the repair form and send your bag to our Customer Service address.
  2. Our team will assess the repair, confirm if it can be carried out and provide a quote to complete the repair.
  3. Once approved, we’ll contact you to arrange payment.
  4. After repair, your bag will be returned via tracked delivery.

Important:

  • Repairs under warranty are covered by Knomo.
  • Out-of-warranty repairs (including postage) must be paid for by the customer.
  • Please use tracked postage, as Knomo cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Timing: Please allow up to 4 weeks from sending your bag to receiving it back.

Warranty on Repairs: All repairs include a 1-year warranty on the repaired area.
