Gifting FAQs
Can a gift be delivered directly to the recipient's address?
Yes you can set yourself as the billing address and then ship to a different recipient.
However, we don't currently offer gifting messages
Can I ship my order internationally?
Yes we can ship to most overseas countries. Shipping internationally can take up to 2 weeks. View delivery information
What is your return policy if the recipient wants to exchange or return the gift?
We have extended our refund window for the Christmas period. Any bag purchased in December 2025 can be returned up until 31st January 2026.
Sale items must still be returned within 14 days of purchase.
The refund would go to the person who originally paid for the item.
Do you offer gift wrapping service?
Unfortunately this is not something we currently offer, we're hoping to be able to offer a gifting service for next year.
Is there a receipt within the box?
Orders are sent with a packing list and returns form. Unfortunately we're currently unable to issue a gift receipt.
