We partner with Interpost and DHL for domestic and international purchases. Please refer to the Territory table for more information on delivery.

COVID-19 UPDATE: Please note international shipments may continue to experience delays due to high demand in our courier network and at UK ports. We cannot currently offer any estimated delivery dates at this time; however, we will endeavour to deliver your order to you at the first opportunity.

BREXIT UPDATE: As of 1st January 2021, all orders to the EU will be subject to the delivery destination VAT and will no longer be charged UK VAT at checkout. Please be aware the import VAT will be collected by the carrier prior to delivery if you are purchasing from the EU.

Due to ongoing international delays, as a result of Covid-19 and Brexit changes, your tracking won't necessarily update on a daily basis and this doesn't mean that your parcel isn't on route to you. The tracking can suddenly reflect it being at Customs or out for delivery.

UK Mainland Delivery

Please note; All orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the following working day.

STANDARD DELIVERY - £4.95 WITH DPD

FREE DELIVERY - OVER £199 WITH DPD 

We deliver all items Monday to Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm (although some of our carriers may deliver slightly earlier or later). We do not deliver during weekends and public holidays All our items are posted via courier within 5 working days.

EXPRESS DELIVERY - £8.95 WITH DPD

  • Orders delivered within 1 - 3 working days
  • Please note, if 3 failed attempts are made then the order will be returned back to KNOMO

Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.

We can't guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas.

Sorry, but we don't deliver to BFPO or PO Box addresses

Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible

On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows.

Transit times

Transit times are always given in working days, and can be subject to customs delays. For international orders we use Interpost and DHL Express who give complete peace of mind with their tracked service. Please provide your mobile number when prompted at the checkout, as this will ensure that you receive delivery information and additional options via SMS as well as email.

Taxes

Please be aware international deliveries may be subject to customs duties or taxes once the order reaches the destination country. Knomo has no control over any delays or charges and cannot predict if these might occur. Any charges must be paid by yourself; please check the email address you used to place your order, as customs normally contact you this way if necessary.
