All KNOMO BAGS purchased from Knomo.com are guaranteed for two years after purchase. ALL ACCESSORIES (organisers, wash bags and wallets) are guaranteed for one year. If you find a fault with your product within these periods, we offer a free replacement service.

Please contact us at help@knomo.com if you're looking to make a Warranty claim for any product bought from Knomo.com. For items purchased from approved retailers you will need to contact the retailer directly for more information regarding their policy.

Warranty Terms & Conditions
KNOMO guarantees the original purchaser that products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is limited to the value of the Knomo product and is available to the original purchaser of the goods only. A proof of purchase is required. The warranty is not renewed after repair or replacement.

The warranty doesn’t cover
The warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse or neglect, accidents, normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or damage by common carrying. The warranty specifically excludes any claims for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the product.

When does the warranty start?
The warranty commences on the day of purchase (NOT the date that the product is registered on the knomo.com website) the warranty is NOT renewed upon repair or replacement of the product. Any defects in materials or workmanship notified to us after expiry of the guarantee period are not covered by this warranty. We are happy to help you try to repair any defects, but these repairs would be subject to charge.
