KNOMO Repair Service

We are pleased to offer a repair service for Knomo bags that are out of warranty. This service helps extend the life of your Knomo product and supports our commitment to reducing waste.

If your bag is under warranty please email help@knomo.com.

How it works:

  1. Complete the repair form and send your bag to our Customer Service address - ensuring you fill in an order number or information on where you purchased the Knomo bag from. Please also ensure you send photos showing the issue and also a wider shot of the bag.
  2. Our team will assess the repair, confirm if it can be carried out and provide a quote to complete the repair.
  3. Once repaired, we’ll contact you to arrange payment.
  4. After payment, your bag will be returned via tracked delivery.

Important:

  • Repairs under warranty are covered by Knomo.
  • Out-of-warranty repairs (including postage) must be paid for by the customer.
  • Please use tracked postage, as Knomo cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Timing: Please allow up to 4 weeks from sending your bag to receiving it back.

Warranty on Repairs: All repairs include a 1-year warranty on the repaired area.
