You will receive an email including the tracking information for your parcel as soon as it has been dispatched. Email updates will be sent throughout the delivery process, so you know where your parcel is.

Delivery in 7 to 14 working days

Please be aware that certain countries outside the EU charge an import duty tax on goods over a certain value. Please check with your local government as to the value of this tax as you will not be allowed your parcel until the fee is paid.

It is important to us at mybag that your goods arrive safely and securely, therefore where possible our international parcels are sent via Evri, DHL or Royal Mail and their associated partners.

For Standard Delivery you can expect your order within 7 to 14 working days; please allow 15 working days before you contact us. Please note full tracking is not available on every service. The weight of your parcel will determine which courier service is used, and a maximum of 30kg per parcel applies. Please note for all parcels exceeding 30kg there will be additional charges (subject to weight).

You may be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date with the courier.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us (unused, in its original condition with all tags and packaging) within 28 days of receiving your order and we'll give you a full refund. Returns are handled through our returns partner ZigZag — please see our Refund Policy for the full step-by-step process. mybag does not offer a free returns service.

Once we receive your returned items please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed. If you request a refund, the amount paid will go back onto your original payment method.

We will happily refund the cost of your return postage if the item you are returning is faulty or was incorrectly sent. mybag cannot be held responsible for any returns parcel lost in the post, so please keep your receipt as proof of postage.
